Hello!

I’m Viktoria—a yoga teacher, mom of two, and on a mission to sprinkle some yoga magic into the lives of fellow moms and families.

My yoga journey began as a remedy for my desk-job back pain around 2013. I quickly realized that yoga not only benefits the body but also serves as an excellent tool for managing stress and calming the mind.

Yoga and motherhood have grown together in my life as I completed my  Pre- and Postnatal yoga teacher training in Hungary in 2016, while I was pregnant with my first child.

These trainings played a significant role in shaping my experience of motherhood, pregnancy and childbirth. It equipped me with invaluable knowledge, preparing both my body and mind for the transformative process. 

In 2018, Kids’ Yoga entered my world, adding heaps of joy and helping me understand how movement shapes little minds. 

However, the major turning point came when I enrolled in the Yogalife 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Brussels in 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID pandemic and caring for two children. It was during this time that I believe I truly grasped the essence of yoga.

It resonated with me so deeply that despite my background in finance, I felt compelled to share it. Slowly and with uncertain steps, I began teaching.

Since then I have kept going:), kept learning and digging deeper into yoga, —Yoga Nidra (60hrs), Yoga Anatomy (100 hrs),  Yin and Yang Yoga – 5 elements (Mirjam Wagner and David Lurey – 150 hrs), Yin Yoga and organ’s health (Mirjam Wagner – 50 hrs), Antastha Yoga ( Yogalife, 100 hrs)—deepening my practice and teaching.

In 2023, I took on an assisting role in training prospective yoga teachers at Yogalife in Brussels. 

n 2024 I finished Feminine Archetypes complementary yoga course (15 hrs) with Mirjam Wagner and Advanced Pranayama in Ibiza (40 hrs) with Yogalife.

Right now, I’m continuing my own yoga journey, extending beyond the mat into real-life experiences, with the invaluable support of my family.

Balancing roles as a part-time financial manager and yoga teacher, mother, wife, daughter… – I’ve experienced firsthand how yoga can truly make a difference and I’m eager to share this with you, dear mom, and support you to find your own path to serenity and strength.
