Personalised Yoga Programs
Personalized one-on-one yoga sessions are tailored to address your specific needs and objectives, whether you’re in the postpartum period, managing the demands of being a working mom, or navigating midlife challenges. These sessions provide an excellent opportunity to enhance your yoga practice, strengthen both your body and mind. Classes can be conducted in your home, at the Yogalife studio in Brussels (1000), or online and are available in 60 or 90-minute durations.
Personalized group classes can be scheduled based on the needs and preferences of the participants. Whether you’re celebrating your birthday, taking a day off with your friends, have a team building with your colleagues or would like to spice up your family activities, adding a yoga class to your plans can be a great idea. Family Yoga Course
Join our 5-time long Family Yoga Course (with children aged 6 and above) for a joyful blend of partner poses, mindfulness exercises, and interactive games, fostering strong family connections and well-being in a fun and engaging way. Experience the benefits of shared relaxation techniques, creative expression, and guided meditations, creating lasting memories with your loved ones.
Held on Sunday mornings in Brussels once per month. Next course starts: 15th February, 2024.
12-weeks long Postnatal Yoga Course for mothers & babies
Becoming a mother is a huge change, physically, mentally and emotionally. This 3-month long postnatal yoga program is designed to provide gentle support as you navigate this transition.
It aims to aid in your post-pregnancy recovery by gradually enhancing your physical strength and energy levels. Additionally, it helps combat sleep deprivation and achieve emotional balance, ultimately making you emotionally resilient and addressing postpartum depression.
In addition to focusing on your well-being, this program will also introduce techniques for practicing yoga with your baby.
In its final stages, it helps you prepare mentally for your return to work or helps you in setting your new objectives. With a blend of in-person and online components, it offers flexibility in terms of timing and personal connections. Next course starts: 16th March, 2024.

Yoga Retreats
Yoga retreats offer a wonderful opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, providing you with the time and space to relax, recharge, and deeply immerse yourself in the practice of yoga. These retreats are organized four times a year, with convenient locations both nearby in Belgium and in the serene landscapes of Hungary. Chill and Unwind Yoga Retreat takes place from June 21st to 23rd, 2024 in Kinheim, Germany.
