Personalised Yoga Programs

Personalized one-on-one yoga sessions are tailored to support mothers in navigating typical challenges, whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, balancing work and family life, or overcoming feelings of burnout or stagnation.
These sessions provide an excellent opportunity to enhance your yoga practice, strengthen both your body and mind.
Classes can be conducted in your home, at the Yogalife studio in Brussels (1000), or online and are available in 60 or 90-minute durations.
Personalized group classes can be scheduled based on the needs and preferences of the participants.
